That was way too fast! I arrived in San Jose Friday, May 2 late and spent the week enjoying the girls, planning a wedding, seeing friends and a trip to Hanford to see my mom and then it was back to North Carolina to join Paul.
Seeing Amy trying her first wedding gown on was so perfect. She looked beautiful of course and I was really good – I didn’t cry until they added a veil! Somehow putting a veil on made it all so perfect. She tried on lots of different ones and I think we found “the one!” I can’t wait to see her on the wedding day. We also went to a couple of places Amy and Nick are looking at to have their wedding next year. It is so nice to be a part of the planning.
While I was intown we had something else to celebrate – Stephanie passed her 4th CPA exam! Now all she has to do is submit an Ethics test and complete a 2 unit class at West Valley all while she is completing her experience time at her job.
And then there is Mother’s Day! This was our Second year of spending the day working in the yard and beautifying the garden. I love working in the yard and really enjoy sharing it with the girls – not sure they enjoy it as much as I do but they are great sports and there yard looks amazing.

Love being able to return to Campbell and spend time with the girls, see friends and most especially enjoy the sunshine! Now it is back to Charlotte North Carolina where we are getting ready for 10 days of NASCAR!
